Shipping + Returns

We want you to be completely in love with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction our return policy is listed below. Customer Service is available Tuesday-Saturday, 10am to 6pm EST.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders received after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders are shipped USPS or UPS and are typically delivered between 2-5 business days (u.s. orders). If you choose an expedited shipping method at checkout, shipments are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. The Rustic Rack Boutique cannot be held responsible for any delayed deliveries due to weather conditions, holidays or anything out of our control once your order has left our facility. Once your order leaves our facility, The Rustic Rack Boutique is not responsible for delays or missing packages. Once the carrier has picked up it is no longer in our control. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact UPS or USPS for assistance. All orders are shipped directly from our facility. Tracking information is sent via email when your order has shipped. You may also choose to receive text notifications regarding your shipment by signing up at checkout.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When placing your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. the buyer is responsible for any customs charges for international shipments. Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. STORE PICKUP

only choose this option if you will be picking up local, in store. Out of town orders that require shipping and choose local pickup will be delayed until shipping charges are paid. We will contact you one time to pay shipping charges, if applicable. Order will be cancelled after 48 hours if shipping has not been paid. Fast, flat rate shipping on all US orders.

if you would like to pick up your order at the store, choose the option local store pickup at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. We may also call and/or text you when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 5 days of placing order. If the style that you ordered is a pre-order, we will call and/or text you when it arrives at the store and is available for pickup. 

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Running short on time? Children napping in the car? No problem, we are here to help. It's simple and easy: 1) Choose Local Pickup at checkout 2) You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. We may also call and/or text you when your order is ready 3) Give us a quick phone call to let us know you have arrived & we will gladly bring it right to your door! All curbside pickups are on the Candler Street side of the store.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We deliver within a 5 mile radius of our store location. This option is only available at checkout if your delivery address falls within these parameters. At checkout, choose "Ship" then you will be directed to the next step to choose method of shipping. Choose "Local Delivery" and enter any delivery instructions. You will receive multiple email notifications of the status from order confirmation to delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. Minimum order for local delivery is $75. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you decide to return and item(s), whether purchased online or in the store, you may do so within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or merchandise exchange. All returns purchased in store must be accompanied by the receipt. 

FINAL SALE: Credits will not be given for returned items marked as accessories, intimates, bodysuits, headwear, jewelry, shoes, last chance, sale items, or any items ending in .00. Returned items are not eligible for sale prices.  

Credits will be given for the cost of all eligible returned merchandise (original and return shipping will not be refunded) We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Returns will not be accepted with animal hair, makeup marks, worn, odors, etc.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

All orders beginning Black Friday until December 31, whether purchased online or in-store, should be returned no later than the second Saturday of January of the following year. All tags should be attached-prices marked out for gifting purposes is acceptable, accompanied by receipt or order number, free of animal hair, makeup marks, odors, unworn. Returns for store credit or exchange only. 

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please be sure all returned items are unworn and undamaged with original tags attached. If you are returning a gift purchased by someone else, please make sure we have all of your contact information including name, phone number, email (and mailing address if requesting an exchange)

Typically, returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Once your return is processed, a gift card will be emailed or text to you for future purchases to be used online or in store. This gift card credit expires 1 (one) year from the date issued. We do not issue refunds in the form of original payment under any circumstances. 

Please keep in mind that online order returns must received in our facility within 14 days from the time that you received it based on the tracking information that we provided when order was originally shipped.
