Order & Return Policy
We want you to be completely in love with your items. If for any reason you are not, our return policy is listed below.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and Holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority and are typically delivered between 2-4 days (U.S. orders). If you choose USPS Express at checkout, shipments are typically delivered within 1-2 days. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. All merchandise is inspected prior to leaving our facility.
STORE PICKUP: If you would like to pick up your order at the store, choose the option Local Store Pickup at checkout. We will call and/or text you when your order is ready for pick up. Orders must be picked up within 2 days of placing order. If the item you have ordered is a pre-order, we will call and/or text you when it arrives at the store.
If you decide to return an item(s), whether purchased online or in the store, you may do so within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or merchandise exchange.

We ship worldwide! Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges for International shipments.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
